FASHION AND STYLE, YOUR CHOICE!

what's up! Let's talk about style vs. fashion and what the difference is? One of the common questions I get in one form or in the other is what's stylish? what's fashionable? what's the difference? Does it matter I want to talk about style and fashion, how they intertwine, and how you can use one to benefit the other and vice versa so without any further delay let's get into this topic and talk about style vs. fashion and what the difference is?

Now first off style to me is a personal expression, it's how you use your outside appearance to communicate to the outside world. It's the body to give off when you're wearing your clothes and that can be informed. My fashion style and fashion are related. Style evolves while fashion changes quickly. Style evolves over time. Whereas fashion is of the noun; it's cyclical, it's seasonal, it's trendy.

To me, style is more personal and comes from the inside out whereas fashion is more temporary and to me, it's dictated by current trends. Now notice why we're talking I'm not saying one is better than the other; they're intertwined and interchanging and what I like about fashion; is that it's current, although it's of the... now you can take cues from it, adapt it to your personal.

To help your style evolve know when it comes to your personal style, it's easy to get stuff because style can evolve very slowly if you keep your eye on what's invested? It can give a spark to your style fashion especially when you look at the runways tends to be more extreme but you can take a look at some of those extremes they'll filter down into your style and give your style a new spark and to me, fashion is a great thing to pay attention to; as you're developing your own personal style it gives you some ideas it helps you push boundaries, takes you to the edge and it helps you dial it down to fit your personal style.

I'm at a point where style is slowly evolving it's not as fashion-forward however a time when fashion was much more important so it was needed to have the newest trend that's more important when you're younger I believe but being experimental having the hottest thing helped me evolve my style helped me try out things that I liked some things I found out that didn't fit me and it helped my style evolve at the time that's why I think paying attention no matter what your age - fashion is very important.

Now let me give you a couple examples of how fashion can influence your style is; let's go back several years when common projects were one of the first companies to come up with a high-quality premium leather minimal sneaker at that time most guys wouldn't spend more than a hundred bucks on an all-white sneaker and a lot of guys Adidas Stan Smith but when a pair of comm your project sneakers although they were very expensive it was noticed how great it was to have a high-quality leather sneaker with the leather dress shoe and although at the time the common projects Achilles Lowe was very fashionable now it's filtered down into people's style, you got tons of companies that make high-quality minimal sneaker and has become very common for guys to spin two three four hundred bucks on a minimal low profile sneaker which they wouldn't have done years ago.

Take for example other great brands coil. Coil makes some beautiful high-quality minimal sneakers and spending two 300 bucks upon a minimal sneaker now attention was paid to what was fashionable they bald it into your style but the opposite can happen; coil also jumped into the trend at the time the dad sneaker and hey I'm a dad I like sneakers I'll give them a try; guess what don't like them don't work that's an example of the time when attention was paid to what was in fashion; tried to bring it into your style, found out it didn't work that's okay! didn't fit my personal style or the way I want to express myself.

Now a lot of people like to think of the differences between style and fashion as; that fashion is very extreme and that can be true but what if your personal style is somebody who likes to be expressive your personal style can be of the now a little bit more flamboyant a little on the edge just because you happen to be fashionable doesn't mean you're not stopped it's all about your personal expression. My personal style doesn't Linson that it doesn't make me more or less stylish than the fashionable guy in a vice.

First, you have to make sure especially older guys that you pay sense to trends and fashion and how they filter down into style I want to give you a couple of more examples to crystallize let's take for example the last five or ten years guys wearing their pants kind of high floods or high waters we use to call this has been very fast not my style, however; some who used to wear their pants probably too long seeing how guys were wearing their pants higher so most guys decided to take a look and started to go with a slight or no break and it's something incorporated it into your style, once again painted since it's a fashion helped evolve style and that's another example of how your style can slowly evolve.

Pay attention to the current trends, pay attention to silhouettes know what the trending colors are things of that nature can help you evolve your style. You can add a spark to style there might be stale and one of the pieces of advice is always good when it comes to trends if you want to go all the way out there and try a trend spin less on a trend that's why I suggest you go to a fast fashion place such as H&M Zara if Do you want to try a train less financial regret but you get to try it out and see if it works for your style?

Trying to stay on trend or be fashionable can actually, be a waste of money if you spend too much I feel that style and fashion are highly intertwined and you depend on one to inform the other, one of the things I recommend when trying fashion and style try to wear things that are age-appropriate, occasion appropriate and body type appropriate and bring those trends into your style; no matter how mature you get to pay attention to fast fashion... can be fun it's artistic it's just a great way to express yourself.

Don't become too bogged down and think you don't need to pay attention to what's in the season I don't think of fashion as a bad word, in fact,, I think it's very necessary to be aware of it if you want to be a stylish guy is one of the cliches you'll always hear about style and fashion and that style is eternal and fast and changes but I believe fashion I mean it changes help you involve your stop, okay so there you have it a few of my quick thoughts on style versus fashion and what the difference is. I hope you enjoyed the blog!
